What drew you to be a HALTER Jockey?
I wanted to be a jockey to help raise funds for HALTER. My daughter and I have been volunteering here for just under 2 years and love the opportunities HALTER creates for it's riders.
Tell us a little bit about yourself...
I am a highschool culinary arts instructor for RD Anderson Applied Technology Center. I love being around children and helping in any way I can to influence the minds of young people. My daughter, Addison, and I have been volunteering at HALTER for almost 2 years. I love any outdoor activities and enjoy working in my garden.
What the 2022 HALTER Derby is about...
EVERY child who participates at HALTER depends on the generosity of our donors, because the fees that are charged to individuals only cover 11% of the expenses.
