Why did you want to become a jockey?*
I love HALTER and this is the most FUN way to partner together to raise money for this incredible organization!
Tell us about yourself (ie what do you do, how did you find out about HALTER)*
I am a Charleston native, but made Spartanburg my home 5 years ago - wow, almost 6! Wife to the most talented and incredible husband. I am the owner of The Scout Guide Spartanburg. I love being outdoors and living in the upstate allows so many opportunities. Halter holds a very special place in my heart as my granddaughter Delilah was born completely deaf. I envision many years on the horses at HALTER for her! It is both an honor and a privilege to be a part of this incredible organization!
Is there a fun fact you would like to share?*
I have 4 children ranging from 26 to 5!
Who is your horse, and why did you choose him?*
I am an avid lover of all things country music and Willie was a perfect match for this love!
